Please read the following before proceeding to register for CSB Netbanking

If you are a CSB ATM Debit card holder, use ‘Register Online/Self user registration’ option	If you do not have CSB ATM Debit card / do not remember your ATM PIN/ a Joint account holder/Company/Corporate
At present, this facility is available for individual account holders (domestic & NRI) with active ATM card. Please ensure your CSB Debit card & PIN is available before placing the request. Online request will be processed if only your email ID and mobile number are updated in bank records. Please ensure you have a valid email ID. You will be prompted to enter to a valid email ID and the same will be updated in bank records. Once you click the ‘Register Online/Self user registration’ link, you will be redirected to self-registration page. Read T&C, accept to proceed Enter the details requested for, choose facility type, set login, transaction password and submit. Upon, successful submission, your user/login ID & reference number will be displayed. Please save this for further records. An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number once your net banking login is activated. You can log on CSB net banking after a cooling period of 1 hour & start transacting immediately. Avoid using CSB Online Banking site from untrusted computers (E.g Cyber Café)	Get CSB Net banking application (CRF- 1A or CRF-1B) from CSB corporate website or click CRF-1A (for individuals) or CRF-1B (for Corporates) or visit any nearest CSB branch. Submit the duly filled (applicable) CRF form at your nearest CSB branch with relevant KYC details. Your request will be processed by our centralized processing cell (CPC). Upon successful processing, you will receive user/login ID as SMS in your registered mobile number. Password(s) – both login & transaction will be sent to your registered mailing address by speed post with 7-10 working days. An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number once your password(s) are dispatched from our CPC. SMS will contain speed post tracking number for your reference. Please note that you will need User/login ID, login password & transaction password to complete a financial transaction in CSB Net banking. Avoid using CSB Online Banking site from untrusted computers (E.g Cyber Café)
