if you have forgotten your net banking login credentials. CSB has put in place a quality mechanism that will help you retrieve your credentials online/place request for physical copy at a click of button, at anytime, from anywhere!

Please read the following before proceeding to request for your Password(s)

For Individual/Joint Accounts

  • You can use 'Reset Online using OTP' option to Reset your Net Banking - Passwords and Mobile Banking - MPIN using OTPs sent to your registered Mobile No. and Email Address
  • You can also use either 'Reset Online – using ATM Card' or 'Physical copy' options to reset your passwords. Please ensure your CSB Debit card and PIN is available if you are resetting online using ATM Card.
  • Online request will be processed if only your email ID and mobile number are updated in bank records.
  • In case you are a joint account customer, you can reset online if the mode of operation is Either or Survivor, Anyone Singly, Anyone or Survivor.
  • Enter your User ID in the box to the right side of this screen and click ‘Go’.
  • You will be redirected to an online password request module.
  • Enter the details requested for and set your login or transaction password or both and submit.
  • An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number once your login credentials are activated.
  • You can log on CSB net banking after a cooling period of 1 hour & start transacting immediately.
  • Avoid using CSB Online Banking site from untrusted computers (e.g. Cyber café).
  • You can request using ‘Physical copy’ option only. Enter your User ID in the box to the right side of this screen and click ‘Go’.
  • You will be redirected to a password request page.
  • Enter the details requested for and submit. Details should match with bank records.
  • You will receive new set of password(s) through registered post within 7-10 working days at your registered mailing address.
  • Avoid using CSB Online Banking site from untrusted computers (e.g. Cyber café).
Alternatively, you can also walk-in to any of our nearest CSB branch and submit duplicate password(s) request through customer request form (CRF). You will receive new set of password(s) through registered post within 7-10 working days at your registered mailing address.
